TCBY and Mrs. Field Cookies have brand value for many customers who know it from the 80s and 90s. The fact that both concepts, TCBY and Mrs. Fields Cookies, are being offered together by the company in my hometown of Bristow is very exciting. This allows for frozen and baked goods, hot and cold refreshments, sweet and savory as well as morning, noon and evening menu. No other national chain offers two great brands in such a way under the same roof and I think it will be a great fit for the Bristow community.
I have more than ten years of experience in service businesses, including hospitality. My most rewarding experience was when the hotel where I worked as an Operations Manager was rewarded as one of first four hotels in the world with top enrollment of SPG (Starwood Preferred Guest).
I believe that the magic sauce is in creating a great experience for the customer…this is everything from the right temperature, smell of fresh cookies baking and coffee brewing, visual appeal and cleanliness of the store, showcasing a great product to taste and finally treating each guest as I would want to be treated. I learned this from my hospitality experience that you have a narrow window to make a magical impression on the customer. Better experience is the key factor for developing customer relationships and bringing more repeat business to my store.

I became an entrepreneur/owner because I liked the freedom it offered, the unlimited income potential, the connections with other businesses and taking care of customer’s needs and their expectations. More over, I loved the idea of representing two brands in one place. I am happiest when I have exceeded some one else’s expectations.
Bristow is a growing community and there are lots of future business opportunities to be in this area. This is part of my rationale to start a new business in Bristow. Again there are two great brands together in one place and that’s the basic relationship between my store and my customers. My goal is to provide better experience and higher quality service, which generate customer loyalty. Our best customer is one who comes back again and again and brings more people with them. To me, that is the highest compliment.
From the beginning of my career, I have been a good sales person and a manager who can undertake his work in an organized and professional way. I started working as a sales person in an ice cream store, and then moved into hospitality. And now I feel I am ready to be an entrepreneur and reinvest back into the community through my involvement and my business. I have a Bachelor in Commerce as well as Sales, Operational and Revenue Management certifications.
I have a very happy family with my wife and our only daughter and I reside in Gainesville. I used to travel a lot and take pictures, so eventually photography became my favorite hobby.
